Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking CDL-A OTR Dry Van drivers for a dedicated Phoenix operation. Earn weekly pay of $1,100–$1,300 hauling primarily drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas, St. George and Southern California, with trips returning to Phoenix.

Open to experienced drivers and trainees, this role requires a valid CDL-A, clean driving record, and a DOT medical card. Day and night shifts are available, with 34-hour restarts and holiday work as needed.

Join a dedicated over-the-road dry van operation starting in the Phoenix, AZ area . Earn $1,100–$1,300 per week while hauling primarily drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas or St. George, and Southern California. Both experienced drivers and trainees are welcome.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,300
• Driver Performance Bonus available
• $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Day and night shifts available
• 34-hour restarts
• Routes may include holiday work based on customer operations
• Over-the-road schedule with extended regional routes

Job Details

• Dedicated OTR dry van operation

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees considered

• No SAP drivers
• Must be comfortable with OTR driving and extended routes
• Must be able to drive safely in California and other assigned markets
• Must remain flexible for day/night shifts and holiday operations
