Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. in Madison, WI, is hiring a CDLA Delivery Driver (Class A) for a home-daily, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform pre-trip inspections, and deliver freight with no-touch or live unloads where required. We offer competitive pay, overtime after 40 hours, bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, paid life and disability insurance, PTO, and holiday pay with floating holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of CDL A driving experience
• Current DOT Medical Card

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers looking for a Home Daily, Monday-Friday position with competitive pay, overtime, excellent benefits, and career growth.

Compensation

• NEW PAY: $23.00 - $27.00/hour (based on experience & safe driving)
• Average Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $70,000+
• Overtime after 40 hours (45-50 hours/week average)
• Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
• Referral Bonus up to $1,500
• Retention Bonuses up to $2,500

Schedule/Location

Madison: Monday - Friday, start 8am-10am, work to completion, 8-10 hours per day

Milwaukee: Monday - Friday, start 4AM-7AM, work to completion, 8-10 hours per day

• Home Daily
