Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking CDL A Shuttle Drivers for local, home-daily routes from Benson, NC. Hazmat is required for all positions. 2nd shift pays $24.75 per hour and operates 2:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Thursday with occasional Fridays.

Benefits begin after 90 days, including BCBS medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, vacation, personal time off, and a 401(k). Requirements include a CDL A, hazmat, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• HAZMAT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS.
• CDL Class A License.
• 3 months verifiable tractor trailer experience within past year.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1 year card).

Responsibilities

• Deliver from our location in Benson, NC to client plants in Fuquay-Varina, NC and Dunn, NC.
• Local, home daily shuttle routes with occasional Fridays.
• Operate CDL A equipment on 2nd shift (2:30pm–1:00am).
• Adhere to hazmat safety and DOT regulations.

Available Shifts and Positions: 2nd Shift Shuttle Driver: 2:30pm – 1:00am. Shift is Monday – Thursday with occasional Fridays. Route: Shuttle drivers will deliver from our location in Benson, NC to the client plants in the areas of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Dunn, NC. All shuttle positions are local, home daily positions.
