Job summary

Gridsource is seeking a Warehouse CDL Laborer in San Antonio, TX to support inventory, shipping, and receiving. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safety; candidate must have a valid CDL and be able to operate warehouse equipment.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with overtime as needed. The position reports to the Operations Manager and offers hourly pay with a direct-hire status.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control preferred.
• Safety conscious with adherence to PPE guidelines and OSHA/NESC rules.

Responsibilities

• Turn in daily deliverables.
• Set up and maintain a safe work environment with PPE compliance.
• Arrive on time and minimize unexcused absences.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Manage time to maximize productive hours.
• Complete required documentation on schedule.
• Communicate clearly with team members about tasks and progress.
• Record fuel slips and conduct weekly equipment walkthroughs.
• Keep workspace and shop/yard clean and organized.
• Safely load/unload materials using appropriate equipment.
• Label and store materials for easy identification.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect and report warehouse equipment malfunctions.
