Job summary

Spencer Construction is seeking CDL Water Truck Drivers to support our heavy civil projects across the Southwest. You will operate water trucks, assist the crew, and perform general labor or equipment operation as needed.

Requirements include a valid CDL with Tanker endorsement, 1 year of experience, High School Diploma, and experience driving straight trucks with a tank. This is an on-site role with travel to job sites. Safety training and adherence to DOT/local regulations are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and heavy equipment safely to meet production goals.

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, logs, and checklists.
• Participate in safety meetings and company training.
• Communicate effectively and provide excellent service to contractors, coworkers, and the public.
