Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four (4) years of experience in skilled or semi-skilled building and equipment maintenance work.
• Must possess a CDL License.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical maintenance on public buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Repairs desks, tables, chairs, and other office furniture.
• Repairs buildings, doors, windows, floors, partitions and shelves.
• Paints interiors and exteriors of public buildings.
• Performs cement and masonry works.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and replaces them.
• Lays and caulks water and sewer pipes.
• Links with sewer maintenance and plant repairs.
• Supervises other workers in related work.
