Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Utility Driver to safely transport poultry, eggs, chicks, and bulk feed across our operations. You will work with dispatch, production teams, and farm personnel to ensure timely deliveries and proper load handling.

The role requires 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience, forklift operation, and comfort working in poultry houses and varying weather conditions. Safety and compliance training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, Moffett loader, and other equipment when trained and authorized.
• Ability to perform pickup, delivery, loading, and unloading duties in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to operate a manual CMV.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain product quality and load integrity during transport.
• Communicate with dispatch, production, and farm personnel about conditions and loads.
• Complete load records and electronic tracking as required.
