Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Haul Driver to transport feed to poultry farms, operating and inspecting commercial hauling equipment while adhering to safety and biosecurity standards. The role supports production by ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The position offers day and night shifts, benefits after 60 days, a base training wage of $20/hour, then pay per load and per mile, and opportunities for growth within Pilgrim’s supply chain.

Qualifications

• Certifications & Licenses: 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
• Drug/alcohol test must be negative in the prior 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain product quality and truck cleanliness.
• Communicate with farm staff and supervisors about conditions and deliveries.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
