Job summary

RWC Group is seeking a Lot Attendant to move trucks, organize the lot, and support service operations. You will ensure smooth traffic flow, greet customers, move vehicles between lanes and lots, and help maintain a clean, secure service area.

A CDL license and clean driving record are required and you will work in a family-owned environment that values reliability and team spirit. The role involves inspecting vehicles for damage, delivering keys and orders, and assisting in parceling out

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (CDL and passenger endorsement a must).
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Move trucks and organize the lot to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility.
• Install seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and tags in serviced vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and record it in the repair order.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Manager after parking.
• Keep service parking lot tidy and secure, with windows rolled up.
• Assist in moving disabled vehicles around the Service Department.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when paid and return completed vehicles to owners.
• Ensure vehicles are free of grease spots and debris before handoff.
• Thank customers courteously and emphasize appreciation for their business.
• Perform general cleaning and light janitorial duties as needed.
