Job summary

Adams Land & Cattle (ALCC) in Broken Bow, NE is hiring a full-time driver to support manure management and farming operations. You will pull a side-dump, operate trucks and trailers, and transport manure, silage, and other materials.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, diesel equipment knowledge, and the ability to solve problems while multi-tasking. A CDL is preferred, and safety is a core value of the role and company culture.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and diesel equipment knowledge are preferred.
• Analytical problem solving and the ability to multi-task are required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Commitment to safety and quality culture is expected.
• Valid Driver's License with CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck and trailers, loader, and other equipment safely.
• Load, transport, and unload manure, silage, and other materials.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules; maintain delivery logs.
• Ensure loads are secured to prevent damage or spills.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspect equipment for issues.
• Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.
• Conserve resources, including fuel, and assist with special projects as needed.
