Job summary

AGRU America, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to safely transport company-owned 18-wheel trailers and assist with warehouse duties. You will ensure compliance with CDL and DOT requirements, complete shipping documentation, and support the Shipping Supervisor with timely deliveries.

You will operate forklifts, perform inspections, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with the shipping team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating 18-wheel vehicles.
• Previous shipping experience required.
• 4 years forklift experience in a shipping environment.
• Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operates company-owned 18-wheel trailers between AGRU plants.
• Assists with safe trailer movement at the shipping bay to allow loading and unloading.
• Ensures materials arrive with lead time to prevent downtimes.
• Performs daily inspections and reports issues to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Transports materials for production and shipping needs as directed.
• Completes shipping-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Verifies material type, location, and quantity with order acknowledgment.
• Maintains safe operation and stacking of products in warehouse and transport vehicles.
• Operates forklifts and other equipment; maintains certifications.
• Reports equipment issues and participates in routine maintenance as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and shipping deadlines.
