Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support production and logistics. The role involves loading/unloading, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate inventory, with occasional driving to job sites per schedule.

The position requires at least one year in a warehouse setting and one year of verifiable commercial driving. DOT log compliance and basic truck maintenance duties are included.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• One year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last five years.
• Must have and be able to maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical card.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Ensures truck maintenance standards are met.
• Performs daily pre-trip inspections.
• Completes daily DOT logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
