Job summary

SAGE Truck Driving School is seeking experienced CDL driving instructors to train the next generation of drivers, with no formal teaching experience required. You can be home at night while sharing practical trucking knowledge.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least two years of trucking experience, plus a clean driving record and the ability to demonstrate the curriculum and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum two years of trucking experience.
• Safe CDL A driving record as determined by SAGE Safety Department.
• Ability to demonstrate curriculum subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to students, assess student performance.
• Provide guidance on performing maneuvers on a skills driving range and in the truck on roads.
