Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CDL Truck Driver to operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks safely and efficiently. This role offers a $2500 new hire sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

1. Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and local, state, and federal requirements, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.
2. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR forms, noting issues for repair.
3. Report unsafe situations or service calls immediately to Route Manager or Dispatch.
4. Assist in route efficiency improvements and problem resolution.
5. Complete all scheduled duties, assist other drivers as needed, and communicate effectively with team members.
6. Notify management of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
7. Ensure containers are positioned correctly and routes are completed as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (none required).
• Valid Commercial Driver's License B (CDL).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Acceptable driving record.
