Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CDL Truck Driver for Roll Off services, offering a $2500 hiring bonus and a home daily schedule. Join WM, a leader in waste management, and enjoy stable employment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, starting at 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks safely, adhering to OSHA, DOT, and company standards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or property damage promptly.
• Assist in route efficiency improvements and customer service.
• Ensure containers are properly positioned and the work site is clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (none required).
• Valid Commercial Driver's License B (CDL).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Acceptable driving record.
