Scope of the Position

Flex-N-Gate Logistics is expanding and hiring additional CDL Drivers. This position supports Flex-N-Gate Logistics in servicing manufacturing facilities by transporting materials and supplies safely and promptly. The role is regional with dedicated lanes, and OTR positions will require layovers. Both positions are open for Over The Road (OTR) drivers and dedicated Shuttle drivers who are home daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver tractor/trailer in and out of docks and drop lots.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete documentation accurately.
• Deliver goods in a timely manner as directed by dispatchers and supervisors.
• Operate on-board computer systems.
• Work hours necessary to meet company goals.
• Follow safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Respect and be sensitive to cultural differences; promote a harassment-free environment.
• Maintain accuracy and meet productivity standards.

Additional responsibilities include supporting company operations as needed, including temporary fill-in for other driving positions such as Shuttle, OTR, or Spotter roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent safety driving record.
• Current commercial driver’s license.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Willingness to be over the road for several days when required (for OTR positions).
• Experience preferred with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
