CDL Truck Driver OTR / Shuttle Positions

Scope of the Position

Flex-N-Gate Logistics is expanding and hiring additional CDL Drivers to support servicing manufacturing facilities with transportation of materials and supplies in a safe and timely manner. Positions are regional with dedicated lanes; OTR positions will require layovers. Both open for Over The Road (OTR) drivers and dedicated Shuttle drivers who are home daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer safely and accurately in docks and drop lots.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections and complete documentation properly.
• Deliver in a timely manner as judged by dispatcher or supervisor.
• Operate on-board computer systems.
• Work hours as necessary to meet company goals.
• Follow safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Respect and promote cultural differences; foster a harassment-free environment.
• Ensure accuracy and meet productivity standards.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including temporary fill-in for other driving roles such as Shuttle, OTR, or Spotter.

Qualifications

• Excellent safety driving record.
• Valid current commercial driver’s license.
• Current DOT medical card.
• OTR positions require willingness to be on the road for several days.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience preferred.
