Formación

• At least 2 years of experience driving semi-trucks or cargo vans.
• Valid CDL and medical certification required.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic laws.
• Must be cleared to work by the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• HazMat endorsement required.
• Attention to detail and safe driving practices.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Maintain logs and delivery documentation accurately.
• Ability to use GPS and other navigation tools.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport cargo to designated locations.
• Follow federal, state, and local traffic laws including DOT regulations.
• Maintain documentation: logs, bills of lading, delivery receipts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure cargo with load locks to prevent damage.
• Verify delivery details and cargo accuracy.
• Report mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and teammates.
• Maintain Hours of Service compliant driving logs.
• Submit fuel receipts and daily paperwork.
• Comply with all safety and environmental policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by Logistics Manager.
