Job summary

Fessenden Hall Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver in Lancaster, PA. This hands-on driving role involves securing, transporting, and delivering specialty building materials to customers, with direct customer interaction and some physical labor.

You will perform vehicle inspections, plan routes, and adhere to safety and DOT regulations while supporting delivery operations. The position requires a valid CDL, a clean MVR, and a minimum of two years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with clean driving record; pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience with route planning, GPS navigation, and map reading.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure materials and ensure safe transport.
• Deliver materials to customer locations across Lancaster, PA and surroundings.
• Assist with unloading and ensure materials arrive in perfect condition.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
