This role blends driving, equipment operation, blending, inventory management, and facility support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will work with a team to serve local growers, learn new equipment, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and agricultural operations.
• Ability to move between blending, loading, delivering and facility support.
• Strong attention to detail and safety commitment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment including semi-trucks, trailers, forklifts and sprayers/applicators.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and mobile apps.
• Ability to learn and navigate company systems and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, management and teammates.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver fertilizer and crop input products to customer locations using various vehicles.
• Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials while following DOT regulations.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Utilize HAZMAT placarding when required and provide strong customer service.
• Help maintain company trucks, trailers, forklifts and other equipment.
• Monitor vehicle condition, fluids, tires and overall readiness.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and inspections.
• Operate fertilizer blending systems and support product mixing operations.
• Support inventory management, product storage and related records.
• Collaborate with team and support daily operational tasks to keep location efficient.
