Summary

• Pay Progression: $26.00/hr to start. $28.00/hr after 6 months. $30.00/hr after 2 years.
• Guaranteed On-Call Pay: Get paid for being on call, whether you get dispatched or not.
• Time Off: Immediate PTO accrual, plus 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first full year.
