Qualifications

• 3+ years climbing and bucket truck experience
• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with acceptable driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Read and interpret job scopes and timelines

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL‑required vehicles and supervise crew on residential/commercial sites
• Lead and supervise tree crews; assign tasks and ensure safety
• Conduct daily hazard assessments and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance
• Serve as primary on‑site contact with customers and ensure site cleanup and quality control
