Prairieland FS, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to safely and efficiently move agronomic crop inputs and energy products to multiple locations. CDL with endorsements and a commitment to safety and customer service are essential.

The role includes loading/unloading, keeping accurate delivery records, and performing routine vehicle maintenance. A physical role requiring outdoor work and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• CDL with required endorsements (e.g., HazMat, Tanker) within six months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Knowledge of safe handling and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Experience in agronomy or energy transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport production ag and energy products to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, following all laws and regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and secure transportation of goods.
• Verify delivery orders and manage delivery receipts and logs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
