Job summary

Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to operate transit buses at our Claude, TX yard. Your core responsibility will be shuttling Hoffman construction workers across active construction sites, with local routes and no public-facing duties.

Existing Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsements can fast‑track training; if you already hold a P endorsement you may start at $24.00/hr. Home daily schedule and stable shifts are offered; drivers must meet safety and DOT

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English.
• License: valid Class A or Class B CDL with Air Brakes.
• Age: minimum 23 years old.
• Clean driving record with background check and drug screen.
• Dress code: Jeans, Polo T‑shirts, and Tennis Shoes.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction crews to and from designated project areas on time.
• Adhere to construction site safety regulations and Texas traffic laws.
• Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.

• Note: If you already hold your Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsements, you will skip training and go straight to work at $24.00/hr.
