Job summary

Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to operate transit buses at our Claude, TX yard. Your core responsibility will be shuttling Hoffman construction workers across the active construction sites.

This role offers excellent job security and local routes with zero public customer-facing responsibilities. This position includes training for the Passenger Endorsement; if you already hold it, you will skip training and go straight to work at $24.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL with Air Brakes.
• Minimum age 23 years.
• Clean driving record with background check and drug screen.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Dress code: Jeans, Polo shirts, and Tennis Shoes.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment physical and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction crews to and from designated project areas on time.
• Adhere to site safety regulations and Texas traffic laws.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
