Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Driver, Helper Non Formula to support our delivery operations. You will assist the Driver in safe, timely product delivery, help with loading/unloading, and maintain professional customer interactions at each stop.

The role offers $22.50/hour, Day 1 health benefits, CDL training support, and opportunities for growth within a team-oriented food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and frequently up to 60–90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver in safe, timely product delivery.
• Load and unload truck and company vehicles.
• Place products where customers identify.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
