Driving Academy is seeking a dedicated Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Instructor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will instruct students on the skills needed to operate CDL vehicles, ensuring they are prepared for their CDL road test. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with students at our training yard, focusing on developing their pre-trip inspection and driving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in operating CDL vehicles.
• Teach pre-trip and in-cab inspections.
• Prepare materials for lessons and evaluate student performance.
• Implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections on vehicles.
