Job summary

Sentara Health Plans is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver in Norfolk, VA to provide Mobile Mammography transportation in non-emergent settings. You will greet and intake patients on site and perform related duties, while supporting a multi-disciplinary team and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include accurate hour/mile records, fueling and daily vehicle inspections, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL-A or CDL-B with air brakes endorsement.
• 2+ years of CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mobile Mammography transportation in non-emergent settings to assigned locations.
• Greet and intake patients on site and perform related duties.
• Operate in a multi-disciplinary environment with emphasis on customer service.
• Handle order entry, guest relations, and medical records maintenance/analysis.
• Comply with DOT rules and keep accurate records of hours and miles driven.
• Fuel and daily inspect trucks; maintain vehicles per company policies and laws.
