Job summary

UPS is seeking a Driver/Dockworker to perform loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery of shipments across residential and commercial locations. A valid CDL is required, HazMat endorsement preferred, and duties may include operating a tractor-trailer unit within the same shift.

This role involves working days, nights and/or weekends, with emphasis on safety and customer service; DOT physicals and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license in the home state.
• HazMat endorsement required.
• U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages; operate heavy machinery as needed.
• Deliver and pick up packages to/from residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize safe transportation methods to reach destinations and provide excellent customer service.
• Leverage technology to aid in delivery services and ensure accuracy.
• Follow required equipment, policies, and procedures for shipment handling.
