Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is hiring Tractor Trailer Drivers in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves hauling waste and recyclables, performing safety checks, and maintaining logs. You will interact with customers and support Roll Off operations as needed.

Qualified candidates have a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred, 1–2 years driving experience, and must pass pre-employment testing. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-7am, with overtime and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Class A CDL.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain before hire.
• Reading and speaking English proficiently.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tractor Trailer to haul waste, recyclables, and leachate.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and update route and driver logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log entries.
• Ensure load securement and truck cleanliness.
• Interact with customers professionally.
• Assist Roll Off operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
