Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to service customers by hauling waste and construction debris. You will operate the roll-off truck on assigned routes, deliver and remove containers, and ensure safe, compliant loading and unloading.

Ideal candidates have a valid Class B CDL, a current DOT Medical Card, and a clean driving record; 19+ years old. You’ll join a team offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 19 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• No DUI/OVI in last 5 years or 2 in last 10 years.
• Experience in waste industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck safely on assigned routes.
• Deliver and remove roll-off containers at customer sites.
• Maintain route sheets and complete pre/post-trip inspections.
• Secure loads and tarp as required; keep truck clean.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with dispatch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
