Job summary

Crystal Tractor of Ocala is seeking a full-time CDL Delivery Driver for the North Central Florida region to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a CDL Class A License, excellent driving skills, and a positive attitude.

This role includes transporting equipment and customers safely while ensuring excellent customer service. The company offers medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, and opportunities for growth within this family-owned operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a current updated CDL Class A License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record is required.
• Experience with agricultural or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport tractor/farm equipment safely.
• Communicate with dealership via radio or similar device.
• Maintain records of trips and notify service manager of required maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Transport tractor/farm equipment
• Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.
• Maintain a record of tripsand destination or pick-up point.
• Notify service manager of any servicing the delivery truck or trailer may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Agricultural or industrial equipment experience required
• Must have a current updated CDL Class A License, air brake certification not needed
• Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Good interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
• Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
• Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
