Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a tire service technician to safely operate company vehicles, install and repair tires on OTR and commercial equipment at customer sites, and maintain a clean work area.

The role requires a CDL A or B, a high school diploma, willingness to work nights/overtime, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely. You will participate in training, follow safety procedures, and support team operations in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B is required and able to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours.
• Previous experience with OTR or commercial tires preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 250 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR or large equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and adherence to regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and proper use of tools.
• Work independently in various weather conditions to provide roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks to support team operations.
