Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is hiring for a CDL-qualified tire technician to operate service vehicles and perform on-site tire installations and repairs for commercial fleets.

The role requires night shifts, overtime, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions, with training and safety as priorities. Qualifications

• CDL A or B license required or valid CDL upgrade possible.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime and non-standard hours.
• Ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file and background check.
• Experience with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR and large equipment vehicles at customer locations.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
