Job summary

Colonial is seeking an experienced truck/tankwagon driver to deliver fuel and lubricants to various destinations, while keeping equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log driving duties per DOT rules, and ensure loads are secured and properly delivered.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CDL Class A/B with hazmat and tanker endorsements, and 2+ years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience required.
• Basic computer skills including electronic logs and time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers fuel and lubricant products to specified destinations.
• Maintains equipment in clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Lifts and carries long hoses for dispensing product at customer sites.
• Maintains driver logs per DOT regulations and uses electronic logs.
• Inspects truck equipment and supplies.
• Performs pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit inspections.
• Ensures loads are locked, braced and secured.
• Inspects tank inventory and checks tanks to ensure proper delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
