Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking short truck/tankwagon drivers to safely deliver fuel and lubricants to various destinations. The role emphasizes equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation of logs and deliveries.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, plus 2+ years of driving experience. Proficiency with electronic logs and basic computer tools is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Basic computer skills including electronic logs, time reporting, and email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel and lubricant products to destinations.
• Maintain equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Lift and handle hoses for dispensing at customer sites.
• Maintain logs in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Inspect truck equipment and supplies.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit inspections.
• Ensure loads are locked, braced and secured.
• Inspect inventory and tanks to ensure proper delivery.
