Job summary

Gerhold Concrete Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Bulker Driver to operate cement tanker trucks safely across terminals and plants. You will inspect equipment, maintain logs, and load/unload materials while adhering to DOT safety standards.

Qualifications include a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, 1–2 years driving experience in construction materials, and strong attention to safety and detail. Availability for nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement required or in progress.
• Experience in hauling cement or building materials is preferred.
• Ability to read maps and operate GPS and tablets for records.

Responsibilities

• Operate cement tanker truck safely on highways, yards, and plants.
• Inspect truck and bulker trailer at start/end of shift; complete check-off sheets.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and daily vehicle logs.
• Load/unload materials safely and assemble loading/unloading tubes.
• Follow all DOT rules and company safety procedures; report issues.
• Possibly work nights, weekends, holidays; wear PPE per policy.
