Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. is seeking a Boom Truck Driver to deliver tanks to company sites and customers. The role emphasizes safe operation, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.

The position requires a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, as well as the ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug testing and medical requirements. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL required with clean MVR.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT/drug screen.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA medical requirements.
• Subject to random drug screens under FMCSA/DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tanks following Company and regulatory rules.
• Safely operates Boom Truck per Company policies and laws.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections.
• Checks oil, water, fuel, tires and other tank-related items daily.
• Completes and transmits all required paperwork.
