Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Charlotte, NC is hiring a CDL Class B Delivery Driver to service local retail customers, grocery stores, and restaurants. The role starts early (5:00 am) and runs Monday through Friday, with completion based on business needs.

You will drive a Class B vehicle, ensure accurate orders, rotate stock, and resolve any delivery issues in coordination with sales and office support. Applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL Class B, be 21+, pass a

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Review customer orders to ensure accurate delivery of product.
• Merchandise to ensure products are rotated and fresh (wine dates, vintages, labels).
• Resolve delivery issues through coordination with Sales or Office.
• Check pricing accuracy.
• Inspect and clean interior and exterior of delivery truck.
• Perform all required settlement tasks daily.

Johnson Brothers, a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor has been providing, exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry.

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Delivery Team in Charlotte, NC. The Class B Delivery Driver will make deliveries to local retail customers, grocery stores, restaurants within the surrounding area. A commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) is required and any delivery experience is a plus.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday , beginning at 5:00 am until completion or as business needs dictate.

This is a labor-intensive role and our Delivery Drivers will be responsible for moving products repeatedly throughout the day

Job Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent required
• CDL Class B
• Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check to qualify for an ABC permit
• Active driver's license for the state you reside in and a good motor vehicle record for last 3 years
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner; comply with driver guidelines
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and take direction from multiple people
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and be a strong team player
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work assigned hours and days as business needs dictate
