Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dedicated Spray Operator to join our local team in Indiana. You will operate spray equipment and calibration processes, handle crop inputs, and maintain accurate spray records while supporting safe, efficient field operations.

The role emphasizes reliable daily performance, compliance with safety standards, and collaboration with mechanics and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and field service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Agricultural background preferred.
• Valid driver's license with endorsements required.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain; training offered for the right candidate.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate all spray equipment.
• Operate computers on equipment.
• Spray and calibrate crop protection products.
• Mixing, loading, and application of crop production products/plant nutrition.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged materials, seed and other inputs.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist mechanic.
• Maintain application/spray records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
