Job summary

Reston Limousine in Sterling, VA seeks a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor to manage contracts, drivers, and daily operations ensuring DOT compliance and on-time performance.

The role requires CDL with passenger endorsement, strong leadership and communication, and several years of supervisory and driving experience in transportation. Shift is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and company policies and procedures.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement and a valid DOT medical card.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• More than 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manage drivers (on-time, routes, dress code, driver paperwork and daily passenger logs).
• Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily situations.
• Fill in for drivers if/when there are call-outs or vacant routes.
