Job summary

Reston Limousine, a leading transportation provider, seeks a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor for our Sterling, VA location. The role focuses on motivating drivers to meet contract requirements while enforcing DOT rules and company policies.

The shift runs Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with duties spanning route adherence and passenger safety. You will lead daily contract operations, troubleshoot issues, and fill in for drivers when needed to maintain service quality for

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, maintenance, and company policies and procedures.
• Valid CDL class A or B with Passenger endorsement and a valid DOT medical card.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• More than 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manage drivers (making sure they are on time, following their routes, following dress code, review driver paperwork and daily passenger logs, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily situations.
• Fill in for drivers if/when there are call-outs or vacant routes.

We have an immediate need for a Shuttle Operations Supervisor at our growing Sterling, VA location. Your focus is to motivate and manage drivers from diverse cultures and personalities to ensure we consistently meet all contract requirements while maintaining DOT rules and regulations.

Available Shift: Monday - Fridays: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor You Will

• Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance
• Manage drivers (making sure they are on time, following their routes, following dress code, review driver paperwork and daily passenger logs, etc.)

Must Haves

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and company policies and procedures
• Valid CDL class A or B with Passenger endorsement and a valid DOT medical card.
