Job summary

Reston Limousine in Sterling, VA is seeking a Dispatcher for part-time or full-time on-site roles. You will coordinate drivers and vehicles, manage workload, and ensure timely arrivals and client satisfaction.

As a part-time or full-time Dispatcher for Reston Limousine, you will be responsible for dispatching drivers & vehicles based on workload. Immediate needs! This is a onsite position!

Available Shifts:

AM, PM and overnight for both full-time & part-time openings.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with drivers and clients.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers & vehicles based on workload.
• Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems
• Monitor and communicate with our shuttle ops team.

Experience:

• Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry
