Job summary

Butler Machinery is seeking a self-motivated team member to join our warehouse/yard operations in Rapid City. You will load, unload, and stock goods, conduct vehicle inspections, and operate a forklift as part of a larger logistics team.

The role requires a current CDL, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision. Pre-employment drug testing is required, with strong growth potential within a long-standing family business.

Qualifications

• Current CDL license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to run a forklift.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Loads, hauls and unloads goods and helps stock at customer locations.
• Conducts daily vehicle inspections.
• Operates forklift.
• Maintains logbooks and fuel sheets.
• Backup to another warehouse associate when they are off or shuttle is not running.
• Communicates loads and repairs needed between parts and service departments.
