Job summary

Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to operate transit buses at the Childress, TX Hoffman Construction site. You will shuttle workers between active construction zones, ensuring safe transport with no public-facing duties.

Must hold valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, speak fluent English, and pass a DOT physical. This on-site role includes housing, meals, and site amenities for zero living expenses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Active Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements required.
• Minimum 23 years of age.
• No out-of-state passenger endorsement training offered.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction crews to designated zones across the site.
• Follow all site safety protocols, speed limits and traffic laws.
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on transit buses.
• Maintain punctual route schedules for on-time arrivals.
