Job summary
Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from hotels, hospitals, venues and local areas in a courteous and efficient manner. You will assist with luggage, maintain vehicle logs and ensure safety during every shift. A CDL with Passenger endorsement, a valid license and MVR checks are required, with Wheelchair Safety Training and DOT endorsements as applicable. This is a full‑time on‑site role.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
CDL with Passenger endorsement required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
Pass annual/semiannual MVR check.
Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training as applicable.
Must possess Medical Examiners Certificate.
Must maintain DOT endorsements and bi-annual physical as applicable.
Responsibilities
Transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient manner.
Assist guests with luggage and maintain vehicle activity and logs.
Communicate professionally by phone, radio and in person with guests and staff.
Inspect vehicle condition at start of shift and report any issues.
Ensure guest confidentiality and HIPAA-related considerations.
