Job summary

Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation seeks a Shuttle Driver in Steamboat Springs, CO. A CDL with passenger endorsement is required. The role offers a $1000 season bonus and requires a clean driving history. Work involves transporting guests, DOT inspections, and proactive safety and guest-service duties.

The position pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour with benefits and staffing expectations typical of a Steamboat Springs operation. Open to full-time schedules and seasonal readiness.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous work history/education required.
• Must have a valid commercial driver's license.
• Must enjoy people, driving, and be outgoing and personable.
• Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Company’s Service Excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 25 / 33 passenger bus between the Meadows parking lot and the Gondola Square transportation center in a safe manner.
• Daily Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections.
• Provide excellent Guest Services (i.e. resort Information, directions, etc.).
• Provide traffic control of vehicles entering and leaving parking lots, ensuring safe, steady flow, and pedestrian safety; manage parking lots efficiently by parking cars in straight, tight rows.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
