Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to/from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operate shuttle safely and comply with traffic regulations.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report issues.
• Communicate routes, arrivals, and delays via radio.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of buses.
• Notify dispatch of potential problems due to traffic/climate.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to dispatch.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
