Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Shuttle Truck Driver to safely move tractor trailers between distribution centers and shuttle yards. You will switch loaded trailers with empty ones and perform basic safety checks, driving overnight as needed.

The role requires a valid CDL A with doubles endorsement and 6 months of driving experience. Training pays $17.08/hour, with a daily minimum/component pay after training, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A issued by your state with necessary endorsements.
• Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months of foodservice/food & beverage delivery experience.
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer (potentially with doubles) between distribution centers and shuttle yards.
• Swap loaded trailers for empty trailers safely and efficiently.
• Log time and routes using the electronic time-keeping system and ensure accurate documentation.
