Job summary

Kenco Group, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., seeks a Shuttle Driver to safely transport general commodities between warehouses. You will drive a diesel tractor/trailer, require a CDL, and travel up to 75% of the time, supporting loading/unloading and navigating DOT/OSHA rules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Class A driving, a CDL, and are willing to meet FMCSA and company requirements. Benefits are offered to support your well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class A tractor trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Meet FMCSA and company requirements.
• Pass Background and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety first and foremost.
• Deliver freight within scheduled routes.
• Shuttle trailers between manufacturing facilities and distribution warehouses.
• Assists with loading/unloading.
• Tailgate freight off trailer onto customer’s dock.
• Maintain driver’s daily logs, trip reports and other documents as required.
• Perform a full pre-trip and post-trip inspection on tractor-trailer.
• Keeps equipment fueled.
• Follow company policy, participate in required trainings and keep truck clean.
• Accountable for all assigned tools and equipment.
• Maintain professional conduct toward other motorists.
• Conform to DOT and OSHA regulations and state laws.
• Perform other reasonable requests from management.
